Project Description:
The Housing Programs concern the construction of an organised settlement comprising of 130 apartments in 14 blocks of flats.
Scope of Services:
Our Organisation was assigned the Study and Implementation of the Timetable for the implementation of OEK’s Housing Programmes VI and VII, in Kalamata. In order to effectively carry out this composite task, our Organisation developed its computer system in order to allow for constant ‘remote’ communication between our local representative and the head office, aimed at:
- Daily updating the computer system with data on the project’s progress,
- Daily processing of these data, and
- Automated monitoring and review of the project’s course in terms of time and budget
