Project Description:
The Project includes the following main areas:
- Concert - Conference Hall (1.400 seats)
- Musical Library and Music Museum
- Conference Areas
- Parking Areas
- Commercial areas
- Administrative Rooms
One of the basic characteristics of the project is that the site is the result of landfill, surrounded on three sides by the sea, which required complex sanitation and foundation works.
Scope of Services:
Our Organisation, in cooperation with other firms (our participation rate is 33 %) has provided the following services for the specific project:
- Project Management,
- Preparation of Cost-Benefit Analysis
- Preparation of Tender Documents
- Technical supervision of the construction and equipment installation,
- Design Management and Control.
- Preparation and Implementation of scheduling and financial plan.
- Organisation of the Temporary and Final Commissioning of the Project.
