Project Description:
Hotel (*****), nine - storey, 354 rooms, restaurants, bars, multi-purpose hall, indoor swimming pool, two-storey parking area, part of the international hotel chain ACCOR under the certified title of SOFITEL.
Scope of Services:
HELLINOTECHNIKI S.A. provided services of Project Management, Scheduling and Preparation of the Commissioning Procedures.
With the above provided services, the Project was delivered completed and ready to function, incluing the full equipment of the building areas (general and special E&M equipment, furniture, decoration, signage, rooms and kitchen equipment, etc.).
