Project Description:
Private investment concerning the development of a contemporary Entertainment and Shopping Center with Underground Parking on Acharnon Street, in Athens.
The building comprises of the following:
- Underground parking in 5 levels, approx. 12.640 m2 and 431 parking spaces
- A basement and ground floor with shopping areas and restaurants
- 10 movie theaters in two levels, of a total area of approx. 4.500 m2 and 1.680 spaces
Scope of Services:
Our Organization has provided the following Services for the specific project:
- Project Management for the construction phase
- Preparation and Implementation of scheduling
- Preparation of Tender Documents for the Construction Competition
- Technical Supervision
- Organisation of the Temporary and Final Commissioning of the Project
