Project Description:
Design and construction of a 3 level IKEA store, of apprx 30.000 sm, a commercial building of apprx 12.000 sm and an underground parking of 860 parking spaces.
Scope of Services:
HELLINOTECHNIKI in co-operation with another firm (our participation rate is 50 %) is providing the following services for the specific project:
- Project management
- Preparation of Preliminary Study
- Preparation of the Design Tender Documents
- Design Management and Control
- Scheduling and Cost control
- Preparation of the Construction Tender Documents
- Technical supervision of the construction and equipment installation
- Organisation of the Temporary and Final Commissioning of the Project
The project is delivered complete and in operative condition with all the above provided services. In addition to construction, it includes the complete equipment of individual areas (general and special electrical and mechanic equipment, furniture, signs etc).
