Project Description:
The international movie theaters management company EUROPLEX Cinemas rented the multiplex that is housed in the VESO MARE Entertainment Center in Patra.
The multiplex comprises 8 movie theaters and the necessary for function main and auxiliary areas (foyer, bars, projector room, storage, etc.). EUROPLEX rented the areas constructed and studied as a Cold Shell.
The total value of the required works in order to transform the Cold Shell to a complete and fully functioning building (Hot Shell) was € 2,4 million in current values at construction time, plus VAT, excluding mobile equipment.
Scope of Services:
HELLINOTECHNIKI provided the following services:
- Supervision of the Cold Shell Study on behalf of EUROPLEX
- Architectural
- Study of the Hot Shell Study of the E&M installations of the Hot Shell
- Preparation of the Tender Documents
- Technical Supervision during construction
