Project Description:
A rural farm was aimed to be converted into a Mixed Use Touristic Resort, a Spa and an Educational Center with the utmost importance in maintaining the image of the farm.
A surface of water-body is designed as the central point of the space composition surrounded by the traditional buildings of old manors, the ”Emergence of Venus”, as the new Water Forum.
A second smaller rectangular area is designed and situated north of the traditional buildings in order to house relevant to the project functions: the new Forum of the fruits. The rest of the land is devoted entirely for agricultural activities.
